Last Saturday belonged to Oren S, finishing on top with 6 wins and taking the weekly crown. Right behind him, Shelton L, Leo P and Anf all finished with 5, while Frank, Kai H, Melvin and Tyler stayed right in the mix with 4.

Behind those numbers were plenty of stories: Harley was shooting the lights out, Melvin announced himself to the Runs with a few aerial highlights, and it was great seeing Kai back on court after injury looking sharp again.

Now the overall race is starting to get serious. Louis still holds the top spot with 31 wins, while Dosh and Season 1 champ Lee are sitting behind him at 19 and 18. Kai, Frank, Kunga and Harley are all still stacking wins too.

Seven weeks of battles, new faces, comeback stories and plenty of noise on the court.

Only two Saturdays left in Season 2. At this point, every win matters. 👑🔥

Strong handles mean nothing if you don’t know what to do when you pick up the ball. 🏀

This drill combines stationary ball handling with pivoting to teach our young athletes two fundamentals that constantly show up in real games: controlling the basketball and using their feet under pressure.

These might look like simple skills, but they’re the foundation for playing with confidence when a defender is right in front of you. 👌🏻

This week, the leaderboard had one message: nobody was giving away wins. 🏀🔥

Dimitrios and Louis D came out on top with 6 wins; Dosh, Leo, Lee and Frank close behind with 5 wins.

But the numbers only tell half the story. The games were tight, the matchups were balanced, and wins had to be earned possession by possession. One hot stretch could completely change someone’s afternoon.

Just 3 more Saturdays before the end of Season 2. Three chances to make a run. Three chances to shake up the leaderboard. 👀

Louis D really said, “I’m not done yet.” 😤🏀

Not even a minute into Saturday’s Runs, Louis rolled his ankle and had to sit out. For a minute, it looked like his day might be over.

Then he got back up. And somehow finished the day with 9 wins, the most of anyone on the court. That pushes him straight to the top of the Season 2 leaderboard with 23 wins. Tough way to earn the throne. 👑

Community, vibes and competition 🏀🔥✨

2 on 1. You have the advantage, can you see it?

This drill isn’t just about finishing. It’s about reading the game and making quick decisions. Where’s the defender? Do I attack? Do I pass? Can I draw the defender and create an easier finish for my teammate?

The advantage won’t be there forever. Hesitate for a second and the defence recovers.

Basketball gives you small windows of opportunity. Great players learn to recognise them, make the read and commit.

First RISE Run, straight to the top. 👀🔥 Newcomer John C wasted no time introducing himself to the community, finishing his first Saturday with 6 wins and the #1 spot for the week. That’s one way to make an entrance!

Right behind him was Kunga with 5 wins. After joining RISE Runs just three weeks ago, Kunga’s now sitting #1 overall for Season 2 with 15 wins.

But nobody’s safe at the top. Louis is just one win behind, Jeffery is next, and David, Branko and Richard are all within striking distance. The games have been so evenly matched that a couple of wins can change everything.

Big welcome as well to Pete, Leo, Dimitrios, Brian G, Shelton and Harley. More new faces joining the Runs and making the competition even deeper.

See you again Saturday!
