Meet Sarin, the chef leading our upcoming Sarma Workshop!
Sarin’s love of cooking began at a young age, watching her mother and grandmother cook and bring family together around the table. As a mother of three, her greatest passion is nourishing her family with healthy, wholesome food while preserving and sharing her Syrian-Armenian heritage through traditional recipes.

She started her Instagram page to inspire others to cook with confidence, showing that delicious home cooking can be simple and rewarding. Her dream is to one day live on a farm, growing her own produce, but until then she’s embracing the journey from her small backyard - hence her page name Almost Farming.

Sarin is excited to teach her upcoming Sarma workshop and hopes participants leave with the confidence to recreate these beautiful family recipes at home. She believes that cooking with love, and sharing a meal with family and friends is one of life’s greatest joys. Food has a special way of bringing people together and creating lasting memories.

We look forward to bringing Sarin together with everyone joining us for our workshop!
