One resident described Broadlands Muswellbrook by saying that staff and residents are caring and sharing, with people looking out for one another.

Broadlands Muswellbrook has received the Silver Award for NSW Land Lease Community of the Year at the 2026 CCIA NSW Awards of Excellence.

While the award may have our name on it, this achievement belongs to the entire Broadlands Muswellbrook community: our wonderful residents who bring warmth and personality to village life, our dedicated team, and everyone who has helped shape Broadlands Muswellbrook into the welcoming place it is today.

Muswellbrook in August can deliver the sort of morning that makes staying under the doona very tempting.

But at Broadlands, winter doesn’t mean waiting months to swim again. The indoor heated pool gives residents somewhere comfortable to move, stretch or enjoy a few quiet laps without checking the weather first.
