Congratulation to our group leader Jeanie Wood, who has been a tremendous support to the rovers, passing on her wisdom and guidance, and creating an atmosphere of positivity and growth.

This morning we gathered and recognised all ANZAC’s who served our country.

We had a group of rovers attend the local Merrylands RSL dawn service and the service at Merrylands Bowling Club.

One member attended the dawn service and march in the city.

And two members attended the service at Guildford Leagues.

Today Merrylands Rovers had a joint day with Nepean Rovers.

We went to Build-a-Bear and had many laughs and made many bears. 🧸🧸

Today Merrylands Rovers got into our den and cleaned it out. We still have stuff to do to make it 100% ours. It was a massive day and now we are able to say we have a functioning den.

We also mowed the lawns and cleaned up the group grounds and hall.

So much more to come from our unit!

Recently Merrylands Rovers has been growing and attending many events.

Some of these include: Q***r Formal, Avatar: The Last Mootbender, National Tree Day & The Essex International Jamboree.

We can’t wait to see what the rest of the year brings for our unit. 🖤💙💛❤️

Merryalnds rovers attended the dawn service at our local Merrylands RSL Club with the scouts before heading to Club Merrylands to join the rest of the youth for breakfast and wreath laying.
