Since the weather has turned a little chilli please remember to have your heater checked and cleaned and keep a 1 meter clearance to any upholstery or clothes airers. The 1 meter applies particularly to portable electric fan /oil heaters as over thr years these have been the main bases of house fire across the state.

FUN FACT: Did you know that this year marks 75 years that CFA has been collecting on behalf of the Royal Children's hospital its estimated $41 million dollars has been raised. They started 5 years after their inception.
