Our short-term respite care can provide much needed support for families caring for their loved one at home, especially at holiday times or when they are recovering from an illness or injury and require additional care. To offer a more personal living experience, our communities in Maryborough and Rockhampton are divided into smaller households where residents share a kitchenette, lounge and dining room. Your light-filled room can be furnished and decorated as you like, and we respect that this is your private sanctuary, just like a master bedroom. The sprawling, one-level design of our communities means there’s greenery and natural light everywhere you look, and established gardens that are full of the familiar features of a traditional backyard, like flower beds and veggie patches. You can tend to your own plants, or just sit in a sunny spot and admire what’s growing. Some rooms open onto a private patio with space for seating and pot plants.
