The Maleny Hospital Auxiliary raffle held at the Maleny Garden Club Spring Fair created much enthusiasm this year.
First prize was a beautiful🦜 birdbath by ‘Trace & Bear’, that would be splendid in any garden. 🪴 Jan Maguire was the lucky winner.
Second prize was a pretty painting, named ‘Which Flower is the Favourite’, generously donated by local artist Katie Wells. A local lady won the painting. Thank you to everyone for supporting our Maleny Soldiers Memorial Hospital.

A great effort by both the Hospital Auxiliary and the Garden Club volunteers all working at the Maleny Garden Club Spring Fair. The Hospital Auxiliary contributed by catering with refreshments and running a raffle to support the Maleny Soldiers Memorial Hospital. So many plants and delicious produce once again this year and so many enthusiastic gardeners. A great day indeed. 🌻

An update from the Hospital Auxiliary calendar 📆 crew! It’s Springtime!

💐During September, in the past we would hold a fundraiser, not so this year.

On Saturday 20th June we held our inaugural❤️ ‘Heart of the Hinterland’ Gala Dinner fundraiser and that was a great success. This will be an annual event.
On Friday 14th August the Maleny Golf Club hosted the Auxiliary’s annual fundraiser, 🏌️‍♀️Charity Golf Day. Once again it was a fantastic day, beautiful weather and super successful.
Fundraising has allowed us to provide some much needed equipment for the hospital to ensure extra comfort and support for patients and staff.
During October we hold our usual Friendship Morning tea for members and friends to share stories and reflect on the year to date.
Happy Springtime and enjoy the outdoors!

To our volunteers, behind the scenes, THANK YOU for your planning, dedication and passion for bringing the best of you to every event.

A successful weekend event in town created by the Goodfest team proved very entertaining, all while fundraising for the hospital Palliative Care unit in honour of Irish Joe Lynch. Today $5000 was donated to the Hospital Auxiliary. We are very grateful.
