Loganlea Community Centre Loganlea Community Centre exists to support diversity and promote tolerance and respect for all people

In 2002 the centre was developed to the benefit of the local community. The goal of the association has been to have an 'open door' so people can access the Centre and to have the needs of the community met, to provide affordable activities for families and to improve the quality of life in the community. It is very important to the Management Committee that we keep the doors open of the Centre an

d to "be there" for our community. Regular activities held at the centre are:

Yoga and Meditation
The Circle of Friends (craft group)
Base Jiu Jitsu
Loganlea Stay and Play
Forever Young (seniors group)
Community Dinner
Tai chi
Australian Military Model Society - Brisbane (1st Saturday of the month)

A big 💐Thank You💐 to all the donations we have received. We could not help as many as we do without you.

I have some clients looking for queen sheet sets and 1 after King size. Those escaping violence do not always get to choose their furniture and sometimes they share a bed so if we can help them out that would be fantastic.

Moccona jars can be brought into the centre too. Preferable 200g or less sizes. Our craft class needs egg cartons and PVA glue. All of these are repurposed or reused to make something new.

📢 CALLING ALL WONDERFUL LOGANLEA LOCALS! ❤️

The Loganlea Community Centre is seeking donations to help support people and families in our local community who are doing it tough.

We are gratefully accepting:

👕 Men’s clothing – all sizes
🛏️ Blankets
🎒 Sleeping bags
🛋️ Cushions
🥫 Pantry items and non-perishable food

If you have any of these items in good, clean condition and no longer need them, your donation could make a real difference to someone in need.

tomorrow be sure to bring ifyou have it:

🕯️old candles that are used or broken,
🧃empty tetra juice or milk container,
💐fresh or dried flowers you have handy
mica powder and your favourite essential oil.

If you do not have any of these items do not worry I have some for you.

This Tuesday in Circle of Friends craft group we have Birthday Card making.

🧶🪡 🌆We accept craft donations for our Craft lessons. So if you are looking to destash please keep us in mind and send us an email: [email protected]

🕯️🪔🧨Next week we will be making candles so we will need old candles donated, silicone moulds, shot glasses. This class will go for 2 weeks. Email us your interest so we know how many to cater for.

⏰ Classes are 9am to 12pm
📆 Every Tuesday.
Cost is from$2.00 to $5.00 depending on cost of supplies.
