🎻 What a Day! 🎶

Our hearts are absolutely full after Sunday’s Irish Trad Session at Bar Toto 💚

The music, the laughter, the singing, and the pure warmth in the room reminded us exactly why we created this association — to bring people together and create a little piece of home here on the Central Coast.

A huge thank you to the incredible people who helped make it happen:

👏 Martin Connolly — thank you for bringing the musicians together and helping create such a brilliant session.

👏 Tilly — thank you for leading the day with such talent, warmth and energy.

👏 Alita Blanchard — thank you for providing the spark that helped bring this beautiful community together in the first place.

👏 Bar Toto and the fantastic staff — thank you for welcoming us so warmly and keeping the Guinness flowing.

👏 Our travelling friends — thank you to everyone who made the journey from near and far. Your support meant so much.

👏 Every musician — thank you for sharing your time, talent and love of Irish music with us. It was also so special to have wonderful Aussie contributors adding their own magic to the day.

And most importantly…

💚 Thank you to our community — to everyone who came along, listened, sang, chatted, smiled and filled the room with the very best of the craic.

The atmosphere was something very special, and we’re already looking forward to the next one.

🎻 Reminder — our first Irish Traditional Music Session at Bar Toto, Ettalong is happening this Sunday from 2pm onwards.

We’ve had an incredible response so far and are looking forward to bringing together musicians, singers, listeners and lovers of Irish music from across the Coast and beyond.

This is a relaxed, casual community gathering — not a formal gig — so feel free to drop in for a tune, a singalong, a drink, or simply to soak up the atmosphere and enjoy the craic.

A quick note:
🍺 No Guinness on tap unfortunately — but Toto will have cans of Guinness available at the bar.

As this is a free non-ticketed event, we genuinely have no idea whether it’ll be a cosy little gathering or a packed room full of music lovers… but either way we’re excited to see what unfolds.

Doors open at 2pm !

An incredible morning with an incredible community.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the wonderful mums, grandmothers, stepmums, mums-to-be, and mother figures in our community 💚🥰

Today we celebrate the women who keep families together, offer endless support, give the best advice (whether we ask for it or not 😄), and somehow always make everywhere feel like home 🏠

For many of us living far from Ireland, today can also bring a mix of emotions — missing mums, family traditions, and loved ones back home. So whether you’re celebrating, remembering, or simply getting through the day, we’re thinking of you 💛😍

An absolutely incredible turnout for our very first Darkness Into Light Walk this morning.

Even with the freezing cold start, our community showed up in such a beautiful way — walking together in support, hope, and remembrance.

Seeing so many people come together at sunrise was truly special ✨

This Saturday morning we come together for our Darkness Into Light Walk — walking from darkness into light as the sun rises, symbolising hope.

📍 Woy Woy – Parkrun start point
⏰ Meet at 5:15am
🚶‍♂️ Walk begins at 5:30am

💛 Wear yellow!
Instead of event t-shirts, we’ll be providing candles, and at the end of the walk we’ll come together to light them as a symbol of hope, support, and remembrance.

🌭 We’ll also have a sausage sizzle afterwards, proudly sponsored by The Irish Butcher 👏🍀

This event is for the whole community — bring your friends, family, neighbours, and workmates along… oh and don’t forget your fur babies !!
