In 2025, our incredible volunteers contributed 2,258 hours of support — over $117,000 in in-kind value for young people across Tasmania.

Setting goals and finding hope for the journey into adulthood. Through mentoring and goal-setting, our crew is learning that they can achieve big things.

Whether it’s saving credits or regulating emotions, these skills change lives.

One legend shared: "I was an angry little man... but now I think it [the future] will be good".

Hope for the future starts with believing it’s possible.

Helping our crew make better choices for their adult lives. The Collective isn't really about bikes; it's about who these young people want to become.

95% of participants feel better about their futures after joining us.

One powerful reflection from a student was: "I have a lot of hope for my future".
