Just a reminder about the drive to collect items for Pete’s Place this weekend for those less fortunate in our community.

Please take a look at the earlier post at the list of items that they hoping to collect. If you are able to bring any of those items along for collection this weekend it would be wonderful.

Pete’s Place is a homelessness support drop-in centre, and this weekend, Lite Moves on behalf of Pete’s Place will be set up beside us at Coffs Harbour Reserve.

Pete’s Place is in short supply of items that support the independence and well being of men, women and children at risk. Lite Moves are looking to assist them by providing the transport services for the Centre. They will set up on Saturday to collect items to help support the charity.

parkrun is not associated with either Pete’s Place or Lite Moves, but we are proud to share the space with them on Saturday, and help them in any way our generous community can.

If you can, and are able, Pete’s Place would love it if you could donate any of the below items:
• Bags • Suitcases • Overnight bags
• Mats • Tarps • Tents
• Sleeping bags • Blankets/linen • Air mattresses
• Pillow • Warm winter clothes • Men’s winter clothes
• Baked Beans • Tuna • Spaghetti or Pasta
• Rice • Pasta Sauce • Pet food
• Toiletries • Personal hygiene items • Other pantry non-perishables

Happy 9th Birthday Coffs parkrunners! Or for those who are married to our parkrun - Happy 9th Anniversary!! 🙃

Thank you to all 286 who ran, jogged or walked our beautiful course. But especially THANK YOU to our incredible 17 volunteers who without you today, we would not be able to celebrate.
The joy today was just plain infectious. 🤸🙌❤️🧡

9th Birthday party for Coffs Harbour parkrun. Come join the fun.

Tomorrow is our 9th Birthday. Come down and join us in the celebration. Feeling like having a little extra fun why not dress up.

If you're from interstate don't miss out - be here at 6:45 a.m.for the 7 a.m. start.

Where - Park Beach Reserve.

Children under 11 must be accompanied by a guardian. No bikes or scooters

Dogs on a short hand held leash. Only one dog per person

Please keep to the left and leave room for others on the path.

Please remember to bring your parkrun ID and return your tokens before you head off home or joining friends for your post parkrun coffee.
