Are you Bronze Medallion or SRC trained and looking for a patrol to join for the 2026–2027 season?

We’re currently putting together our patrol rosters for the upcoming season and would love to hear from anyone who is new to the club, returning to patrol, or moved to the area. ❤️💛

A HUGE thank you to our incredible Club President, Kelly Elasi! 💙💛

After an amazing 6 years as Club President, Kelly is stepping down from the Executive Committee after an incredible 12 consecutive years serving in executive roles— including 5 years as Director of Finance, 1 year as Vice President and 6 years as President.

Alongside this, Kelly has dedicated an incredible 15 years of active service to Catherine Hill Bay SLSC.

Throughout her years in leadership, Kelly has shown outstanding dedication, passion and commitment to our club, its members and the wider Catho community. Her leadership has helped shape and strengthen our club, and her contribution will leave a lasting legacy.

Thankfully, Kelly isn't going anywhere! ❤️ She will continue her involvement with the club and maintain her role as Patrol Captain, so we'll still see her out on the beach and around the club.

Kelly, thank you for 15 incredible years of service and 12 years of executive leadership. We are incredibly grateful for everything you have given to Catherine Hill Bay SLSC.

🌊Day 2 – Surf Life Saving NSW State Conference 🛟

Another great day representing Catherine Hill Bay Surf Life Saving Club at the State Conference.

Our Catho team – Paul, Tara, Steve and Sarah – spent the day networking, sharing ideas and learning from clubs across NSW to bring new initiatives back to our members.

A special shout out to Paul Bolton, who represented Surf Life Saving NSW as Director of Finance on the Board Panel, discussing ways to streamline processes and improve efficiency for all 129 Surf Life Saving Clubs across the state.

We also heard an inspiring keynote from ellis on building high-performing teams with a simple but powerful message: Be Proud. Be United. Be Relentless.

We're excited to bring these ideas and connections back to Catho as we continue to build an even stronger club

📍 Representing Catho at the State Surf Life Saving Conference! 🌊🛟 Surf Life Saving NSW

This weekend, two of our Directors, Sarah and Steven, are proudly representing Catherine Hill Bay Surf Life Saving Club at the Surf Life Saving NSW State Conference in Sydney.

They're taking part in a range of seminars and workshops, while also networking with fellow Surf Life Saving Clubs from across NSW. It's a fantastic opportunity to share ideas, learn from one another, and strengthen the connections that bring our clubs together.

We're excited to bring back new ideas, insights and learnings that will help our club continue to grow and provide the best possible experience for our members and the community.

A great weekend of collaboration, leadership and learning!
