Together We Rise for International Women's Day

Sunday, March 8

Join us for a morning of connection and celebration for International Women’s Day. We’ll focus on women’s shared journeys, culture, connection, and wellbeing, with a special lived‑experience speaker, Lambrina Gimian.

Lambrina has a background in peer support and counselling, and she’ll share how lived experience can help create more compassionate, trauma‑informed care.

This free event includes multicultural showcases, gentle self‑care yoga, and a shared brunch. It’s a friendly and welcoming space to connect, share, and support one another.

WSN invites you to celebrate the conclusion of our two women’s
wellbeing projects using holistic approaches including social connection, movement, yoga, therapeutic art and meditation.

Women's Support Network (WSN) meets up on the 4th Wednesday of every month at The Sunshine Scout Hall, 23 Nixon St, Sunshine from 10:30am - 1:45pm.

Women gathers to socialise, learn wellbeing and self-support techniques, share skills, network, engage in English conversation and have a cuppa together.

Come and join us on the 28th September, 2022 with no charge.
