Today, we are proud to announce an Accessible world first. https://accesstours.ai/

After many years shooting premium and Google virtual tours right across Australia β€” for tourism operators, government bodies and corporates β€” one conversation changed everything.

It was at the World Indigenous Tourism Summit. A gentleman came up to CRAIG WELLS and introduced himself: Nick Morris OAM, gold medal-winning Paralympian β€” who, it turned out, was the event's guest speaker. He explained how much virtual tours mean to him. Nick is a wheelchair user, and he wants to know before he goes. No surprises. No embarrassments. β€” that's where a virtual tour earns its place. (A big thanks to Nick for all the chats over this time)

That was the lightbulb moment.

Over the last couple of years we've created accessible virtual tours for clients like Perth Convention and Entertainment Centre, SEALINK, RAC Parks & Resorts, and most recently Perth Zip and Climb.

But there was always one barrier: price. Accessible tours are labour-intensive to build, and that put them out of reach for most businesses.

So one day, while sitting at the computer, Craig asked a simple question: is there an accessible overlay for Google virtual tours? He went looking. There wasn't.

After hundreds of hours of building β€” a lot of late nights, and plenty of help from Claude & Codex β€” We are genuinely proud to introduce the world's first accessibility overlay for Google virtual tours.

Here's why this is big. There are millions of businesses around the world with a Google virtual tour β€” and this overlay works on any of them. Voiceover. Captions. AI audio descriptions. Full keyboard navigation. Visual accessibility controls.

It's big for tourism. Big for government. Big for local councils. Big for the coffee shop on the corner. Big for anyone with a front door.

Tourism Council WA preferred supplier Dilate Digital is holding an event on June 11.

Growth can become harder to sustain as businesses scale, especially when demand, bookings and repeat guests stop working together.

In this closed-door session, you'll hear from speakers at Intuit Mailchimp and Dilate on how leading brands connect Demand, Capture and Keep to support more consistent growth year-round.

The guest list is intentionally small so the session feels more valuable, more practical, and more connected from start to finish.

Seats are filling fast, so request your invite here: https://www.dilate.com.au/a-closed-door-session-for-scaling-brands/
