Great work to Transit Soup Kitchen and Food Support that help to feed and support those most in need within our community. 🙏

Transit Soup Kitchen wins statewide volunteering award after adapting to rising demand in Casey community.

If you are able to, please reach out and help Transit Soup Kitchen and Food Support. 🙏

Can you help us find some strong volunteers?

Transit is looking for strong, reliable people to join our Shed Crew for a regular Tuesday shift, 10am–1pm.

It’s practical, physical work: sorting food, stacking crates and pallets, moving stock and handling frozen goods.

If you know someone who enjoys getting stuck into hands-on work, please share this with them or in your community groups.

Before she was "the Book Lady" to millions of children, Dolly Parton believed every child deserved the chance to fall in love with reading.

Through Dolly Parton's Imagination Library, she collaborated with Rotary to expand access to books and support young readers, one story at a time 📚 We were lucky enough to have her grace the Rotary stage in 2010 🎤 💫

Dolly, thank you for reminding us that literacy opens doors. Your generosity and optimism will inspire generations to come 💖

Today we had the opportunity to visit the new home of Casey North CISS, alongside local council representatives, charity partners and the incredible volunteers who make this service possible.

The energy and enthusiasm in the room was genuinely inspirational. This new space marks the beginning of a new era for Casey North CISS and will provide the capacity to support many more people in our community who are doing it tough and need a helping hand.

It was also great to catch up with Funda, Steve and Sean and hear more about the vision for this exciting new chapter.

The Rotary Club of Casey is proud to support Casey North CISS and looks forward to continuing to work alongside the team, volunteers and community partners to help make a difference where it matters most.

What do we do on the 3rd Monday of every month? Volunteer! 🌟

Tonight, our members were proud to roll up their sleeves and support Transit Soup Kitchen and Food Support, serving meals and groceries to people in our community who need a helping hand. 🍲

Did you know Transit serves more than 1,700 meals every week? That’s an incredible impact, made possible by dedicated volunteers and the generosity of our community. 🙏

Have a little extra time on your hands and want to give back? We’d love to have you join us.

Find out how you can get involved, link in the comments below. 💻

Big thanks to our Rotary members who helped out at today’s Bunnings BBQ and a special shoutout to our friends Chloe, Jamel and Harley for stepping up and lending a hand. 🌭

Every snag sold helps us support local charities focused on food insecurity and youth support. Thanks to everyone who stopped by and supported our cause! 🙏

We are proud to support:
Transit Soup Kitchen and Food Support, Casey North Community Information & Support Service Inc., RizeUp, Youth You Program and other well deserved causes.🌟

It was fantastic to welcome Christina Vithoulkas to our Rotary meeting tonight.

Christina shared her incredible story of resilience, determination and finding a new sense of freedom after a motocross accident left her paraplegic in 2018.

From motocross to becoming Australia’s first female para-drifter, Christina’s journey is a powerful reminder that sometimes life changes direction, but that doesn’t mean the journey has to stop.

Thank you Christina for sharing your story with us and leaving us all inspired by your approach to life. 💙

Thinking of the mother and her children following the devastating house fire in Narre Warren.

It’s hard to imagine how frightening those moments must have been. Wishing Mum a full recovery and hoping the kids are doing okay after such a traumatic experience.

A huge thank you to the neighbours who didn’t hesitate to step in and help. It’s incredible to see people come together and look out for each other when it matters most.

If there’s anything we can do to help support this family, please reach out to us. We’d be more than happy to see if there’s a way we can help. Rotary Club of Casey
