💙 A HUGE thank you to Sacha and Jordan from Better Place Australia for popping into our “Have a Chat” Morning Tea this morning!

It was such a wonderful opportunity for our members to have a relaxed chat and access free, helpful advice to better understand and navigate the My Aged Care system.

These conversations can make such a difference, helping people feel more informed, supported and confident when it comes to accessing the services available to them.

And a big thank you to everyone who came along, enjoyed a cuppa and some morning tea, and spent time connecting with others in our community. ☕️🫶

It’s these simple moments of connection, conversation and support that make our community so special. 💙
