to our beginnings, BAG is a not for profit organisation. Our unique, purpose built studios designed by local architects were opened by Dr. Eric Westbrook in 1965 with further additions in 1975/76. Our purpose built pottery studio is the only one of its kind in the Bayside area. Our Studio facilities offer artist members a great opportunity to paint, draw, pot, sculpt and use mixed media surrounded by lovely parkland. In short - a fabulous studio environment ready to enjoy. Our want to connect with our community by providing exhibitions, education and public programs. Our aim is to operate a well governed, managed and sustainable organisation. We want to respect the Groups rich artistic, architectural and social history and at the same time, ensure our programs, events and activities are attuned to the wants and needs of today's community.
