PD's for our BCP Committee Roles

The aim of this page is to provide insight for our members over the next 2 months, leading up to our AGM to find out what is involved in keeping our volunteer operated, beautiful not for profit service running for another 40 years. By being part of this page there is no pressure for you to join the committee. We are encouraging our members to join the committee in very different circumstances to years gone by, so need to do things a little different.

Below are the current roles on our BCP COMMITTEE and all positions will become vacant at our AGM (date TBA) in October this year.

In the following post you will find position descriptions. Please ask questions, discuss, call or email me direct if you want to chat.

If there is a name next to a position this indicates that the named member has been nominated for the role by another member. More than one member can be nominated for a role, in this case we discuss how to best fill all roles and if we need to we will vote to fulfill the role at the AGM. (Nominating and seconding roles requires official documents to be signed by the three parties). If you would like to second someone who has been nominated please let me know.

Committee members must be financial members in 2020/2021 in line with our constitution.
