Lyn is a Director of Vivability and a dedicated volunteer who has generously given her time to our Tuesday Cooking Group for the past 12 years.

Each week, she shares her love of food with clients, helping them discover new recipes, flavours and cooking skills while creating meaningful connections around the table.

Fun fact: Lyn once sailed a yacht from England to Greece and has travelled extensively around the world.

Thank you, Lyn, for your dedication, generosity and 12 years of service to the Vivability community.

We recently attended the scholarship ceremony at Charles Sturt University to present the 2026 Vivability Empowered Futures Scholarship to Sophie Lindsay.

Established by Vivability in 2025, the Empowered Futures Scholarship supports students who are committed to building strong futures for themselves and their communities.

Sophie is currently in her first year of the Bachelor of Clinical Science (Medicine)/Doctor of Medicine, and we are pleased to support her educational journey.

At Vivability, creating opportunity is at the heart of everything we do.

Congratulations, Sophie, and we wish you every success with your studies and future career.

We’re proud to be a partner sponsor of the Huntington’s Australia National Conference taking place today in Adelaide.

At Vivability, we support people living with Huntington’s disease through specialist accommodation services. For more than seven years, we have delivered tailored support in this area, including purpose-designed homes that enhance dignity and quality of life.

We’re pleased to stand alongside others working to improve outcomes for people and families impacted by Huntington’s disease, and we look forward to the conversations and insights this conference will bring.
