Who doesn’t love a bit of wet weather gardening? 🧑‍🌾

But please remember to thoroughly clean all our equipment before returning it to us.

Mowers and other garden tools are very popular and having it returned in a clean condition ensures it will be ready for the next borrowers.

Happy Birthday to us 🥳

Today marks 4 years since we opened our doors to our community.

And coincidentally, this weekend, we will reach the milestone of loaning 10 000 items. Yep, that’s 10 000 items we’ve helped you at parties, weddings, camping trips, gardening days and much more.

New volunteers are always needed to keep us running. If you’re keen and have a few hours spare once every month or two, please get in touch.

Our Share Shed just got even better - Georgie is back! We're thrilled to have one of our amazing volunteers back in action. 💚

We have been short of volunteers lately and would love a few more Georgie's to help keep Share Shed running. Shifts are only a 2.5 hour commitment on a Saturday morning and lots of fun.

Did you know that the Share Shed Bassendean is one of the only loan libraries in Australia that don’t charge fees for our service?

Therefore, we rely only grants and donations to buy and replace items and consumables.

Please consider throwing in a few dollars, or whatever you can afford, into our donation box next time you are in, we would appreciate it!

Share Shed Bassendean is run entirely by volunteers; people who love their community and want to be a part of making it even better.

We particularly need people willing to help staff the Share Shed on Saturday mornings. If you have a couple of hours a month that you can give we'd love to hear from you.
