NIDR Survey | First Nations Workers and Volunteers!

Are you an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person who has worked or volunteered in emergency management, land management, or disaster resilience?

Researchers from Monash University are seeking to hear from mob about your experiences in these sectors. This confidential and anonymous survey aims to better understand the challenges, strengths and experiences of First Nations people and help inform recommendations that strengthen Indigenous leadership, representation and wellbeing.

The survey explores topics such as cultural responsibilities, workplace experiences, cultural conflict, and the additional workload often carried by First Nations people in these roles.

We’re looking for two women to join the Nyangbul Bundjalung Ranger team as Land & Sea Rangers and become part of a deadly team caring for Country.
