What’s that? Oh, it’s just our incredible Crew from BaptistCare in Ballina completing their work placement! 👏

This group has everything it takes to build amazing careers in aged care and have worked unbelievably hard to prove it. Their dedication, passion, and commitment have been inspiring to watch.

A huge thank you to our amazing trainer, Sue, for sharing her knowledge and guiding these future support professionals every step of the way. They’ve truly learnt from the best!

That’s a wrap! Our Dubay for Jarjumirr Park course has come to an end 🎉

Tools down and time to celebrate!!

The picnic table built by our course participants now lives at Jarjumirr park for all to enjoy 😊

Our thoughts are with the Ballina community following the recent boating incident and rescue response. We extend our sincere condolences to the families, friends, and all those affected during this difficult time.
We also acknowledge the incredible efforts of the rescue teams and volunteers who continue to support the community.

What a week!!

We’ve had nine incredible Indigenous women of all ages join our Dubay for Jarjumirr Park course, and they’ve absolutely loved every minute so far 💙

We’re so excited to see what next week brings and can’t wait to watch these strong, capable, and independent women continue to learn, grow, and make their mark in the construction industry 💪🏽🔨
