144 Army Cadet Unit, Atherton If you want to experience things you don’t do in everyday life, then the Australian Army Cadets (AAC) is for you. Safety is always a top priority.

The AAC is a community-based youth development organisation focused on the Australian Army customs, traditions and values. As a cadet, you'll learn to be confident, self sufficient and willing to 'have a go'. It's your opportunity to discover new challenges and have some unbelievable fun. You'll also learn to lead others and work as a member of a team. You'll be able to do things for yourself and

help your friends learn too. Cadet life is physical but not risky - and you won't have to be a superwoman or superman. Qualified and experienced cadet officers will instruct you.

Happy 2026 I hope you and your families had a great Christmas, New Years and you all enjoyed your first day back at school ☺️

Just a reminder that we commence our Monday nights next week the 2nd February 6pm-9pm. I’m hoping to see some new faces excited to join us at 144.
NCO’s have the first Biv for the year 20-22nd February.

For those who are returning can I please ask that if anything on your HMP’s that need changing please do so and or SDR’s.
