I was living wild before I came to WATA and grew up not trusting people. My amazing foster carer has worked very hard to get me domesticated, but I will still need a while to get used to a new home and new people. Please do not consider adopting me unless you are prepared to commit to at least two weeks of me hiding and being timid. I will need extra care taken to ensure the smoothest transition possible before I am ready to be your companion. If you want a kitty who is going to instantly welcome your affection, then I am not going to be the best choice. When you have earned my trust, I will be as affectionate as any other affectionate cat.

We really need urgent help! Normally we would be halfway through our Annual June Online Auction but this year we have been far too busy between the running of the rescue, vet appointments, other commitments and paid work to find a spare moment to take and post 80 photos each day. We have now given up hope of getting it going this month. We use that fundraiser each year to pay our EOFY vet debts off. We have $500 outstanding on our vet account. We still have another 20 vet appointments scheduled before the end of the month. Our vet bills have to be paid off by the end of this month. If you can please donate, we would be extremely thankful!
