On Wednesday, 05 August, LAMAR – Latin American Migrants and Refugees Support Group was honoured to be invited to Parliament House to meet the Minister for Multicultural Affairs, Nadia Clancy MP

Each year, this special gathering gives our Latin American community the opportunity to come together, celebrate our diversity, and share our dreams, achievements, and contributions to South Australia.

This year, we were especially proud to see Claudia Rivera representing the Programa Radial Salvadoreño PBA FM 89.7 and the Central American community as one of the guest speakers. Congratulations Claudia on representing our community with pride and passion! 👏❤️

We also enjoyed the vibrant cultural performances from the Venezuelan 🇻🇪 and Peruvian 🇵🇪 communities, whose music and dance beautifully showcased the richness of our Latin American heritage.

A heartfelt thank you to Minister Nadia Clancy MP and everyone involved for the warm invitation and for recognising the valuable contributions of multicultural communities across our state.
