Sorin Mierlea, President of InfoCons, attended the 2026 Mid-Year Meetings of the International Federation of Reproduction Rights Organisations (IFRRO), held from 2 to 4 June 2026 in Bucharest, Romania.

Throughout the meetings, participants exchanged views and best practices on a range of topics of interest in the intellectual property sector, including licensing systems, public lending rights, private copying mechanisms in both digital and analogue environments, as well as the evolving impact of technological developments on the protection and management of intellectual property rights.
