Miracle Missions Trust We identify critical community needs in vulnerable communities and then identify people, organisations and resources capable of meeting that need.

Through networking and Community development in the form of helping orphans, prisoners and waste management. Miracle Missions Vimba is a non-profit organisation whose primary function is Nation Building. We identify critical community needs in vulnerable communities and then identify people, organizations and resources capable of meeting that need. Through networking and relationships, we identify who does what best, connect these people and organizations, and then co-ordinate all efforts to meet the need. Believing that the key to the future lies in moving away from donor dependency and towards self-empowerment, we have adopted a smart-aid approach. This has allowed us to use our network of contacts to accurately identify genuine community needs and community-based projects, which have longevity potential. By assessing operating barriers, communication mechanisms and feedback processes, within and between communities, we work with skilled partners to provide Emergency and Developmental Relief.

A Day of Compassion and Hope

Sometimes, making a difference starts with something as simple as showing up, listening, and sharing what we have.

On 26 August 2026, 30 vulnerable individuals in the Highfield community were reached through a community outreach by Miracle Missions Vimba (MMV), together with a group of generous friends.

The outreach provided an opportunity to connect with beneficiaries, hear their experiences, encourage them, and remind them that they are valued, loved and not forgotten. Essential groceries, a hearty meal, and refreshments were also provided to women, men, and children with disabilities.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed to making this outreach possible. Your generosity helped bring hope, dignity, care, and practical support to those who needed it most.

Strengthening the Response to Child Sexual Abuse

Over two impactful days, 19–20 August 2026, 37 professionals and caregivers came together for an important Trauma-Informed Care Training focused on Child Sexual Abuse, organised by Miracle Missions Vimba in partnership with Zimbabwe Without Orphans (ZWO).

The training brought together directors of children's homes, caregivers, parents, social workers, teachers, and others working with vulnerable children. Participants explored the effects of abuse on children and practical, compassionate ways of responding to survivors while promoting healing and resilience.

A special appreciation to the trainers, under the guidance of Sue Austen and to every participant for their openness and commitment to strengthening child protection.

Together, we are creating safer spaces where children are heard, protected, supported, and given the opportunity to heal and thrive.
