Speech on Peace and Unity Ahead of the General Elections

Fellow Zambians,

As we approach the general elections on 13th August, let us remember that peace is more valuable than politics. Elections come and go, but our nation remains.

Though we belong to different tribes, speak different languages, and support different leaders, we are one people and one Zambia. Our diversity is our strength, not our weakness.

Let us choose love over hatred, dialogue over violence, and unity over division. Every citizen has the right to express their views peacefully and to vote freely with respect for others.

Together, let us protect the peace our country is known for. Let us show the world that Zambia can remain united before, during, and after the elections.

May God bless every citizen, and may God bless Zambia.

just listened to one of the girls. According to her, they had been communicating with some people from South Korea over the phone.

They were allegedly asked to travel to Woodlands in Lusaka, where they were reportedly going to be trafficked to South Korea and have their eggs harvested.

Parents, please be careful about giving smartphones to young children without proper guidance and supervision. The world has become a dangerous place, and not everyone online has good intentions.

This situation is frightening. Let’s keep these girls in our prayers and hope they are safe. May the authorities uncover the truth and protect every child from falling into the hands of traffickers.
