🌊🦈 What an incredible experience for the children of GLO: Outreach🦈🌊

From the excitement and adrenaline of shark cage diving to the unforgettable sight of thousands of dolphins 🐬 and playful seals 🦭, this was truly a day to remember.

Opportunities like these allow our children to learn, grow, build confidence, and experience the wonders of nature in a unique way. By the end of the day, the nerves had turned into smiles, laughter, and memories that will last a lifetime. ✨

A heartfelt thank you to Apex Shark Expeditions for making this amazing adventure possible. Your passion, professionalism, and dedication to marine education and conservation are truly appreciated. 💙

Our Pekin ducks are a big part of what keeps our garden going. 🦆🌱 They help manage pests, fertilize the soil, and turn waste into something useful — all while being part of the circular economy we’re building on the farm.

"CLEAN HANDS 🙌 SAVES LIVES"

This week we focused on hand hygiene and the importance there of.A reminder to all of us.

Washing your hands properly for 20 seconds with soap and water is one of the simplest ways to stop germs from spreading. Before meals, after playing, after using the bathroom 🚻 every time matters.

It's not just about keeping yourself safe. It's about protecting each other.

SMALL HABITS, BIG DIFFERENCE

Today our learners learned about adoration by sharing compliments, encouraging one another, and celebrating what makes each person special 🤍 They discovered how kind words can build confidence, friendship, and love in the classroom.

The children went home today remembering that “admiring others can inspire us to become better while still appreciating who we are”

These lessons build self-esteem while teaching positive admiration. It encourages kindness and positive peer relationships.

From almost empty to overflowing with life 🌧️💙

After the heavy storms and difficult days, we are incredibly grateful to see our dam full again. A beautiful reminder that even after seasons of drought, hope and restoration can still pour in. 🙏✨

On our Scarborough farm, we utilize the water to water our veggies and sustain us for most of the year. Seeing the dam full once again is not only a blessing for the land, but for our family and community too. 🌱💧
