October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and our Hospice Rustenburg charity shops are proudly showing their support with beautiful pink displays.
Behind every pink ribbon is a reminder of the importance of awareness, early detection, and supporting those affected by breast cancer.
🎗️ Did you know? According to South Africa’s 2024 National Cancer Registry, approximately 1 in 28 women in South Africa is at risk of developing breast cancer in her lifetime. Breast cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer among South African women.
Know your body. Be aware of changes. Attend recommended screenings and seek medical advice if you notice anything unusual. Early detection can make a meaningful difference.
