π’ Important Notice from Camphill School
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused over the past week. Due to severe storm damage in the Hemel-en-Aarde Valley, electricity poles were affected, leaving us without power, WiFi, network connectivity, and even reliable phone access.
Our school and offices are currently operating in very challenging conditions β classrooms and workspaces are dark and cold, and communication has been extremely limited.
We are deeply grateful to the Camphill Farm Community for kindly assisting us for a few hours each day, helping us to keep essential tasks going during this difficult time. π€
We continue to pray and hope for the swift restoration of electricity so that normal learning and operations can resume as soon as possible. πβ‘
We also want to acknowledge that when outages occur in our valley, they tend to last for extended periods, which leaves us truly stranded as a school community dependent on electricity and connectivity.π₯Ί
If anyone is able to assist us in exploring a more sustainable backup or future outage solution (such as generators, solar support, or reliable emergency power setups), we would be incredibly thankful. Your guidance or support would make a meaningful difference in our daily operations. π±π
Thank you for your understanding, patience, and continued support.
