📢 Important Notice from Camphill School
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused over the past week. Due to severe storm damage in the Hemel-en-Aarde Valley, electricity poles were affected, leaving us without power, WiFi, network connectivity, and even reliable phone access.
Our school and offices are currently operating in very challenging conditions — classrooms and workspaces are dark and cold, and communication has been extremely limited.
We are deeply grateful to the Camphill Farm Community for kindly assisting us for a few hours each day, helping us to keep essential tasks going during this difficult time. 🤍
We continue to pray and hope for the swift restoration of electricity so that normal learning and operations can resume as soon as possible. 🙏⚡
We also want to acknowledge that when outages occur in our valley, they tend to last for extended periods, which leaves us truly stranded as a school community dependent on electricity and connectivity.🥺
If anyone is able to assist us in exploring a more sustainable backup or future outage solution (such as generators, solar support, or reliable emergency power setups), we would be incredibly thankful. Your guidance or support would make a meaningful difference in our daily operations. 🌱🔌
