Our goal is to share God's love through quality residential facilities and programmes. We are a member of Christian Camping Southern Africa (www.ccsa.org.za).

40 years ago, God started establishing this campsite:🏕️ the land was given; the journey began.
But, why here? Why at the end of Simon's Town between mountain and sea? 🌊⛱️What is special about this setting? 😍 And, how have WE stewarded this land that was given to us?🌿

🛌We got 40 brand new mattresses! 👏It is so exciting to be able to replace some of the old mattresses - so the only things in the chalets that are tired are our guests! 😴

Today we said goodbye and a big THANK YOU you to Solid Ground Team leader, Songezo Ngxabani. 😎He has lead the team from January 2025 until now and has played a crucial role in reestablishing team culture and growing our facilitation offering.🤩
Songezo interned at Rocklands from 2018-2019 and returned as a volunteer in 2024.
We send him with our blessing to Camp of Good Hope and pray for his success as the new Programme Director! Rocklands will miss you, Songi, but we are so glad that you are staying within the CCSA - Christian Camping Southern Africa family! ☀️
