Today, our children at the centre joined in the Child Protection Week celebrations by wearing their brightest, craziest, and most colourful funky socks! 😊

The fun socks reminded us that every child is unique, special, and deserving of love, protection, and respect. Through laughter, creativity, and colourful self-expression, we celebrated the importance of creating a safe and inclusive environment where all children can thrive. 💙

The children had great fun showing off their funky socks and sharing in the excitement of the day. Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make the celebration so memorable! ✨

They’re not the next generation. They’re the now. June should put the spotlight on young people with disabilities too; they are already shifting things on their terms, in their spaces, in their time.

Let’s stop standing on the sidelines of their stories and start making space where it actually matters, in classrooms, workplaces, and communities.

🌟 We ended this week at Rosemore Primary School where we engaged with the Foundation Phase learners as part of our School Awareness Programme. 📚😊

The learners participated enthusiastically and enjoyed the interactive awareness session. It was wonderful to see so much excitement and involvement from the children. 💙

Thank you to the school, educators, Peer Supporters, and staff members who contributed to making the session a success.

We will continue our awareness programme on Monday as we keep reaching out to schools and empowering our children and communities. ✨

Today we visited Klouter Kabouter Kleuterskool where we spent time with the wonderful little ones through fun and educational activities. 😊
