Good morning, community.

We are unfortunately still non-operational, as Witzenberg Municipality needs to prioritise other critical infrastructure repairs first. We appreciate their hard work, dedication, and the efforts being made under these challenging circumstances.

We understand that Ceres and the surrounding areas have experienced significant infrastructure damage, and many essential services are being affected.

We kindly ask for your patience and understanding during this time. In the meantime, please make use of alternative service providers where possible until our operations can resume.

💙 Together, We Are Making a Difference 💙

We were blessed to serve 7 families in need through the distribution of food parcels prepared by our dedicated staff, with the support of generous sponsors and our local night shelter. 🙏

Whoever is generous to the poor lends to the Lord, and He will repay him for his deed." – Proverbs 19:17

Thank you to everyone who continues to support this initiative. Together, we are building a stronger, more caring community.

We are calling on our community to help us reach even more families. If you have any extra tins (blikkies), non-perishable food items, or pantry essentials at home that you are not using, please consider donating them to the centre.

We will carefully package all donations and identify families and individuals in need of a meal. Every can, packet, and contribution can make a real difference in someone's life.

Goeie dag, gemeenskap 🌸

Neem asseblief kennis dat Bella Vista WCG E-Centre vanoggend ’n kortsluiting ervaar het. Ons wag tans nog op nooddienste om ons te raadpleeg en die situasie behoorlik te hanteer.

Ons hoop en vertrou dat die skade nie te groot is nie. 🙏

Verder ervaar ons ook kragonderbrekings en het ons nog nie ’n formele skedule ontvang nie.

⚠️ Tans is ons nie operasioneel nie.

Ons sal julle op hoogte hou sodra daar verdere terugvoering is.

Please take note that Bella Vista WCG E-Centre experienced an electrical short circuit this morning. We are still waiting for emergency services to assess the situation and assist with handling it appropriately.

We are hopeful that the damage is not too severe. 🙏

In addition, we are also experiencing power interruptions and have not yet received a formal schedule.

⚠️ At this stage, we are non-operational.

We will keep you updated as soon as we receive further feedback.

Please be informed that the Bella Vista WCG eCentre will be closed for the Easter weekend.

Closing: Thursday at 12:00
Reopening: Tuesday at 08:30

Registration on the e-CAMMS system is compulsory. Please be advised that we will no longer be able to assist users who are not registered on e-CAMMS.
The e-CAMMS system was introduced to users in July 2025. However, during the transition period, we continued to assist members whether they were registered or not. Going forward, registration will now be required for all services.
Why you need to register:
You become an official member of the Bella Vista WCG e-Centre
You gain full access to e-Centre services and training
The system helps staff keep accurate records of daily usage and training attendance, ensuring better service delivery
What you need to bring:
A mobile phone (for registration purposes)
Your ID
We encourage all users to attend and complete their registration.
Alternatively Register on CAMMS from Home!
To make the process smoother, you can now register yourself on CAMMS from the comfort of your home.

🖥️ Follow the instructions to complete your registration.
Remember: You’ll need to be registered on CAMMS to make use of the centre’s services. No access will be granted without registration.
