A welcoming and structured day program with nursing services. Daybreak offers interactive and social activities to encourage cognitive stimulation.

Daybreak is a structured day program of activities to support cognitive and physical independence, and provide health-related services in a safe, supportive and cheerful environment. Nutritious meals are provided that includes breakfast, lunch and two snacks.

What a Spooktacular Halloween Celebration at Daybreak! 🎃🧡

What an amazing day filled with laughter, smiles, and unforgettable memories! Our Halloween celebration was a huge success, featuring a fun costume parade, live music, delicious food, and a spooky haunted walk-through tent! 👻
