The NAACP Youngstown's ReEntry Committee in collaboration with the Mahoning County Reentry Coalition wants to congratulate Thomas Burkes, ABD for his extraordinary ReEntry work at the Columbiana County Jail. Mr. Burkes program in 2023 had a recidivism rate of less than 3% and in 2024 will again improve on that number. We are proud to partner with Mr. Burkes and his continued commitment to making our communities safer.
