Tbe Yeoman and JoAnn have been home since 11 am from OSS and attended the Paddock BBQ. JoAnn is taking a well-deserved rest.

I have no pain and I'm moving freely. I've refused the oxycontin and will use the rest of the hospital meds listed on my discharge. I've walked briskly over a third of a mile in the hospital wing with the walker being pushed not supported by. it's time to upgrade to Midnight, my cane.

Thank God. Six weeks & I can get back in the JCC pool; till then a regimen of PT. Thanks for all your well wishes. They were deeply appreciated.
