We would like to issue an apology to Riverside Subs for the fallout that the plaque issue has caused. After gathering more information from inquiries and messages it is clear that they had no intentions of making any claims that they had won in 2 categories. They have contacted the company that misrepresented our program and ultimately misled them to purchasing these plaques. Official plaques are only available through our local Communities Choice program. Riverside Subs did finish as a “Finalist” and one of the top 3 in for the 2025 Communities Choice Best of York and were nominated top 5 for Best Sub so congratulations is in order. Thank you to all who have reached out and shared thoughts, and in the future please help us to keep this page positive and to promote local business.
