Circumstances such as a medical emergency or an unexpected health diagnosis and lack of access to healthcare, a major life change such as divorce or death of a spouse or caregiver, mental health, substance use... all can be contributing factors to homelessness. Real life situations that happen to everyday people.

In this month's blog, Michael shares how a courageous decision to put his son's healthcare needs first led him to LifePath. And, after successfully completing the program, Michael shares how he and his son are doing and where they are now. On World Homeless Day (October 10), it's a story of real life and real hope for the future. https://lifepathyork.org/a-fresh-start-for-michael-and-his-son/
