Garlic Butter Baked Salmon 🧈🐟 Your weeknight dinner hero!

Total time: 30 minutes
Prep time: 10 minutes, Cook time: 20 minutes

Ingredients for 4 servings:
4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
3 tbsp melted butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Lemon wedges, for serving

Step 1/4
3 tbsp melted butter - 2 garlic cloves, minced - 1 tbsp lemon juice - 1 tsp lemon zest.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, and lemon zest to make the sauce.

Step 2/4
4 salmon fillets - Salt, to taste - Black pepper, to taste.
Place the salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon the garlic lemon butter sauce evenly over each fillet.

Step 3/4
Bake the salmon in a preheated oven at 400°F for 15–20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Step 4/4
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley - Lemon wedges.
Remove from oven, sprinkle with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
