👑✨ GOOD NEWS THAT'S WORTH CROWNING ABOUT! ✨👑

The Stark County Fair Queen Pageant is a go, and we have an amazing group of 15 contestants across our age divisions preparing to take the stage!

We’re excited to share that prizes are already rolling in, and we’re still seeking donations to help make our contestants’ prize packages even more special.

Donations of any size are appreciated, including:
✨ Gift cards
✨ Small gift baskets or products
✨ Beauty or self-care items
✨ Boutique accessories or clothing

All donors will be recognized on our social media pages and in the official Stark County Fair Queen Pageant program book.

The application deadline for this year’s pageant has passed, and as of June 1, 2026, we have not received any applications for the Miss division.

At this time, if we do not receive any Miss division applications by June 5, 2026, the pageant will unfortunately be canceled for this year.

From today, until Friday, June 5th at 10:00pm, the Junior and Miss division will reopen.

⭐️Please note that the Little Miss division will NOT be reopened beyond our maximum limit of 10 contestants.⭐️

We are deeply saddened to hear of Rene’s passing. Such a sweet lady who loved helping and empowering young women. 🤍
Our thoughts and prayers are with Rene’s family and friends during this time.

The Miss Illinois Organization mourns the loss of Rene Shelton, Director of the Miss Capital City Organization.

Rene was a devoted leader, mentor, and friend whose passion for empowering young women helped shape the lives of many contestants throughout our program. Her warmth, generosity, and dedication to our mission will never be forgotten.

Our hearts are with her family, friends, and the entire Miss Capital City community during this difficult time.
Rene’s legacy will live on through the many lives she touched. 🤍
