This past Sunday, the farm managers and volunteers who helped put the Big Apple Farm Truck & Tractor show on met up with Cam McDonnell and his wonderful family in Northbridge Ma.
Through the amazing sponsors, contributors and truck entry’s we raised a total of $16,500 that we were able to hand directly over to the McDonnell’s.
Past, present and future medical costs as well as parental leave all take a financial toll on the family and add another layer of stress to a situation that is every parents nightmare.
The Big Apple truck show volunteers want to thank everyone who came out that day to make it a massive success.
We put a call out for you all to support this event for Cam and it was amazing to see that the trucking scene in New England have the familys back and came out in force that day.
To say the family were blown away with everyone’s, generosity, positivity, love and support is an understatement. Cam was released from hospital the morning of the show and came straight to his event enjoying it so much that he found strength to spend many hours enjoying his day!
To everyone that came out that day in whatever capacity - we thank you!
Cam, stay strong kid!
You’re strength is an inspiration to many.

See you all Sunday 25th of October 2026, where we do it again and help another family.
