Reminder, even if you aren’t hunting but are recreating on public land, bright colors are a good idea during season 🙂

“If you ain’t first, you’re last” might mean something on the racetrack, but around here, if you aren’t first it just means you’re second. Nothing wrong with that.
Colorado’s second r***e season is almost here! The season kicks off in a couple of days (October 24), so if you’re on your way to camp or heading to the field soon, here are some helpful hints ahead of your hunt:
🏷️Don’t forget your license
🧤Put gloves in your pockets, not on the bumper
🗣️Breathe out AFTER your cheek is on the stock
🥫A can of soup right off the stove is a perfectly acceptable meal
