Caregivers play a critical role in helping aging parents, spouses and loved ones manage chronic illnesses and maintain their independence. But caregiving can come at a cost. Many caregivers experience stress, fatigue, burnout, financial strain and health challenges of their own, often while putting their personal needs last.

At Granite VNA, we understand the challenges caregivers face. That's why we offer programs designed to provide education, support and connection. Upcoming sessions cover topics such as end-of-life planning, caregiver wellness and opportunities to connect with others who understand the caregiving journey.

Most programs require registration, so sign up today and start taking time to care for yourself!
