Bluegrass at the Lake was proud to present $5000 checks to each of our 2026 fundraising recipients. Wood County Sherriff Shawn Becker accepted our donation on behalf of the Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) Team of Wood and Portage Counties. We have continued our support of CISM which is available to assist ALL county, municipal and volunteer First Responders following difficult or traumatic situations they encounter on the job. Remember, "When bad things happen, Bluegrass helps."
For the first time, Nikki Dhein, Director of Foundation & Alumni for Mid-State Technical College, accepted our donation to provide scholarships for students pursuing careers in healthcare or First Responder programs. Bluegrass at the Lake wants to look to the future and assist with bringing more individuals to the work force in these critical programs.
Bluegrass at the Lake (BATL) could not assist our Central Wisconsin communities without the support of our generous sponsors who have donated funds, in-kind services/items or our raffle items. Thank you ALL!!!! Special thanks to our hardworking BATL members who dedicate their time year round and the many event volunteers that we rely on to make the event run as smoothly as it does.......we appreciate all of you!!!
