Building Leaders. Strengthening Communities.

10/28/2026

IMPACT Leadership & Educational Center is excited to offer IMPACT Time, an engaging, ✋hands-on leadership experience designed for students in grades 3–8.

Through interactive challenges, students strengthen critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication while putting leadership into action.

IMPACT Time is available to local schools, afterschool programs, and youth-serving organizations for a contracted fee.

Programs are typically 90–120 minutes and can be brought directly to your youth.

Please see the attached flyer for more information. We would love the opportunity to discuss bringing IMPACT Time to your program!

IMPACT’s Mentoring Monarchs is this Saturday! 👑

This month’s focus: Knowing Your Strengths and Adapting to Change.

Our Monarchs will explore how understanding their strengths can help them navigate challenges, adjust when things don’t go as planned, and continue to lead.

Recognizing the Leader in You

💫We had a great day learning that as leaders we must adapt to ⚡️change.

👏🏽Two IMPACT Monarchs are trained as Community Resiliency Model Youth Ambassadors. 🌟

🎓As Monarchs transition to 9th grade, they become Monarch Leaders. At this level, they begin to observe teams engaged in challenges and give 🗣️ feedback on skills (communication, listening, teamwork, leadership).
