We continue to advocate for mental health everyday! We’re halfway through Bebe Moore Campbell’s minority mental health awareness month- if having good days feels hard, remember that you are not alone. There are tools available at mhascreening.org and at the link in our bio to the BIPOC mental health toolkit.

July is BIPOC mental health awareness month. Mental health suffers a stigma in many communities including that of minorities and people of color. Now, more than ever, it is important to talk about the importance of mental health. You can find more information about minority mental health and how to get involved in the links in bio - https://mhanational.org/bipoc
