Yesterday our small town faced a horrible tragedy. One of the local high school buses was involved in an accident that claimed the lives of one WHHS student and the driver of another vehicle. There were also many injuries to students and the bus driver. We're sharing the GoFund Me for the student's family below. Also Sheriff Grady just announced you can donate to Polk County Charities with no fees involved. They will be donating to both victim's families and possibly to the injured. He said be sure to designate where your donation is going to. We will add the link here for that too. Please keep everyone involved in the accident in your prayers ❤️🙏🏻

Only a couple more days and we still have several items left on Tanvi's wish list. We truly appreciate your generosity and kindness as we support this precious little girl 💝

Meet Tanvi 💗
Tanvi's mama reached out to us seeking support for her sweet 4 year old daughter. It is not often when families reach out to us so when they do it means so much to us. With the family's permission we would like to share a little about Tanvi. Tanvi is just precious and loves small baby dolls, wooden puzzles, jack in the boxes and sensory fidget toys. She has a complex congenital heart disease along with other medical complications. The family has temporarily relocated to Boston from Texas for Tanvi's upcoming heart surgery. We would love to send her a tote of things she enjoys to brighten her spirits along with a few gift cards to help with the expenses of living away from home. Her mama said pajamas, Pull Ups, hair ties and gift cards to Walmart, Target, Amazon, gas stations and for groceries would be very helpful. Also any monetary donations they can use towards their hospitality housing would be appreciated as well. I am including an Amazon wish list but if you want to purchase items we can pick up locally as well. Please have all donations to us by Monday, September 28th so that we can ship out her tote next week. Thank you for your continued generosity ❤️
