K21 is proud to support Hope's Harbor and Ronald McDonald House Northeast Indiana as they provide lodging, meals, care, and wraparound services for Kosciusko County families during critical medical journeys. Keeping families close when they need it most is at the heart of a healthy community. 🏠❤️

From updated parks to new community centers, the Community Amenities Program (CAP) is helping shape a vibrant, healthy future for Kosciusko County!

As part of the Orthopedic Industry Retention Initiative (OIRI), K21 is honored to administer these funds and partner with local leaders to bring transformative projects to our communities.

Here is a look at the CAP grant awards approved to date:

Each of these projects reflects a shared commitment to expanding outdoor recreation, wellness, and community connection across every corner of our county.
