An Oacoma man accused in a child sexual abuse case involving allegations of r**e, in**st and m**hamphetamine use has reached a plea agreement in Lyman County court.

Brandon Sazue Jr., 32, pleaded guilty May 21 to domestic abuse first-degree r**e of a minor under the age of 13, a Class C felony, and aggravated in**st, a Class 3 felony, according to court records.

Under South Dakota law, the Class C felony carries a maximum penalty of life imprisonment and/or a $50,000 fine. The aggravated in**st charge carries a maximum sentence of 15 years in prison and/or a $30,000 fine.

Additional charges dismissed as part of the plea agreement included sexual contact with a child under 16, distributing m**hamphetamine to a minor, m**h possession, maintaining a place for the use or sale of m**hamphetamine, sexual exploitation of a minor and a misdemeanor child endangerment charge related to m**hamphetamine use.
