This is fundraiser for the Winner Resource Center. The center continues to provide emergency and support services to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault and other crimes of violence in Gregory and Tripp Counties since 1998. A huge Thank you to the crew at Frank Days/Rumors for sponsoring this fundraiser for WRC!

The Take It Down Act website launched last month. Survivors can find information, legal resources and other information to assist them.

The law, which established AI-generated image-based sexual abuse as a federal crime, also requires certain online platforms to establish a process for 48-hour removal of non-consensual intimate images. https://takeitdown.ftc.gov/

Victim Advocates at Winner Resource Center can provide assistance to help you navigate this process.

Report platforms that fail to remove intimate photos or videos shared without consent under the Take It Down Act.
